Service Description

Mary Ciesynski, creator of The Shadow Work Deck, leads us in an interactive workshop to identify the shadows holding us back from loving ourselves. Through guided meditation and visualization, journal exercises, and lecture, you will walk the metaphorical path through the deepest darkest forests of your shadows, tear out the pages of your history that no longer serve you and dance around the bonfire as they are set ablaze.
