Our psychic readings, energy work, and spellcraft are for spiritual and entertainment purposes only. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Results will vary, and we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

PRODUCT SAFETY AND USAGE:

The metaphysical properties of our products cannot be guaranteed. All herbs, oils, and physical products are sold as curios and are strictly not intended for human consumption. Our products are for external use only. The Veiled Crow signature products are handmade in small batches; as a result, slight visual or aromatic variations may occur from batch to batch.

COMBUSTIBLE PRODUCT SAFETY:

Many of our products, including candles, incense, herb bundles, loose herbs, and resins, require ignition or are flammable. It is your sole responsibility to practice proper fire safety when using these items. Never leave burning items unattended. Always burn items on a heat-safe surface, away from drafts, flammable materials, pets, and children. The Veiled Crow assumes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from the use, misuse, or burning of our products.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:

ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE VEILED CROW ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE VEILED CROW EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

The user assumes all risk and liability associated with the use of our products (including, but not limited to, oils, herbs, and candles). If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if necessary. Our liability is explicitly limited to the purchase price of the product. In no event shall The Veiled Crow be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, or incidental) arising from the use of our services or products. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, or the waiver of gross negligence, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

INDEMNIFICATION:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Veiled Crow, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions, your misuse of our products or services, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

SEVERABILITY:

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining terms shall remain in full effect.

SHOP POLICY:

By purchasing and using our products, you agree to all terms and conditions. Payment is required in full at checkout. For detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, please review our full Privacy Policy.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Orders are shipped via USPS every 4-8 business days. Please take federal holidays and weekends into consideration when awaiting your order. If we experience unexpected delays and cannot ship your order within this timeframe, we will notify you with a revised shipping date and provide the explicit option to cancel your order for a full, prompt refund.

RETURNS AND DAMAGES:

Online Sales

All website sales are final and cannot be canceled once the order is placed. Exception: If an item arrives damaged or defective in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the damage to arrange for a replacement or refund.

In-Store Sales

Any purchase made in our physical store can be returned with a receipt within 14 days for store credit only. In compliance with Rhode Island state law, this store credit will never expire and is not subject to any maintenance fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR READINGS, EVENTS, OR CLASSES:

To cancel or reschedule an appointment or class, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed after this 24-hour window closes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All information, designs, written content, and branding presented on the website and in the shop are the exclusive property of The Veiled Crow and may not be reproduced without permission.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders for any lawful reason at our discretion, including but not limited to abusive behavior or suspected fraud

FORCE MAJEURE

The Veiled Crow shall not be held liable for any delays or failure in performance of any part of these Terms and Conditions resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, postal strikes or delays, pandemics, war, or governmental actions.

GOVERNING LAW, ARBITRATION, AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island.

Binding Arbitration: Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach thereof, including the purchase of products or services, shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Providence County, Rhode Island. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Class Action Waiver: By agreeing to these terms, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to bring or participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against The Veiled Crow or its owners.
